HRM Asia job of the week: Regional Head of HR

Frazer Jones is seeking a dynamic individual to lead a multi-faceted HR function across Southeast Asia. With over 15,000 employees worldwide, the new HR Director, based in Singapore, will be working with Digital Media and Entertainment organisation that already prides itself on providing a strong work culture and open communication across the workforce.

Reporting to the Vice President of HR, International, the new recruit will have full responsibility for partnering the business and driving HR efficiencies across the organisation. They will also provide a vital advisory service on all human capital matters.

The HR Director will have prior experience working in the media, digital, or entertainment spaces, as well as some change management exposure and an understanding of matrix organisations.
