With their strong global network, outstanding results and consistent growth, Frazer Jones is instructed on this retained search for a VP HR to lead the HR function and be an advisor to the Board.
Reporting through to the CEO and Chairman, you will be working with the management team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. You will ensure that the business has the people and organisational capabilities to support the business growth objectives through the provision of strategic customer focused HR solutions. Your team will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, learning and development, employee relations. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. Asia-Pacific experience and Mandarin language is compulsory due to China market and ideally international exposure. Work experience in a large scale (>15,000 workforce), highly matrixed international work environment is a must. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment and who works well in time critical situations. Prior or current working experience in Singapore is mandatory.
Critical: Regional/Global coverage, team management and strong stakeholder relationship management.
