HR Fest Awards 2020: Recognising the best of HR

One of the most anticipated events at the HR Tech Festival Asia 2020 will see a total of 40 finalists vying for the top award in six categories.

Besides showcasing the latest technology and bringing the HR community together, the HR Tech Festival Asia 2020 will be recognising the outstanding achievements of the region’s top HR leaders, companies and teams.

The HR Fest Awards 2020, which will take place at the HR Tech stage on Day One of the event, are open to all regional-based employers from the private and public sectors – including all MNCs, local companies, government agencies and SMEs.

For this year’s awards, we have a total of 40 finalists vying for the top award in six exciting categories. The winners, who are selected by an esteemed panel of judges, will be announced at the close of the first day’s proceedings.

The Employer of Choice category will be the most fiercely contested with nine worthy finalists which include the likes of Singtel and City Development Limited.

The HR Team of the Year will see seven finalists including Scoot Tigerair and Vodafone. As for the coveted Best HR Leader award, it’s set to be a tough fight between seven admired HR leaders.

The Best Use of Technology category will see five finalists including Accenture and Singtel go head-to-head. The likes of Twitter Singapore and Royal Plaza on Scotts will battle for the Best Workplace Culture And Engagement (<500 Employees), while the Best Workplace Culture And Engagement (>500 Employees) will see a showdown between seven finalists including Johnson & Johnson and Kraft Heinz.
