RCA2018: Best Serviced Apartment Property (Southeast Asia)

Prinya Tieanworn, CEO of the VMPC Group (which is the holding company of Oakwood Hotel and Residence Sri Racha), and pictured here with wife Areeya Asvanund, was ecstatic at the property’s dual wins in the Readers’ Choice Awards this year.

“It is indeed an incredible feeling that Oakwood Sri Racha has won the award,” he said after the first gong for Best Serviced Apartment property was announced. “It makes us proud and determined to serve our guest’s with the best of our abilities.”

Tieanworn puts the achievement down to a superior level of guest care and service that operates throughout the property and its facilities. “It was the team’s major effort – they have been consistently working to treat our guests with the utmost care and have given them a feeling of a home away from home.

“Every day we all come back to hotel with one thought: let’s make this hotel a better place to live than yesterday.”

Oakwood Hotel and Residence Sri Racha opened in the second half of last year, and serves the rapidly expanding industrial region of Sri Racha in Chon Buri province. Tieanworn says the property has surpassed all of its expected targets and now stands as a solid platform for further growth in 2019.
