Job of the Week: Regional Compensation and Benefits specialist

Frazer Jones is seeking a highly skilled and experienced compensation benefits for its client in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The Regional Compensation and Benefits Director position is available because of an internal promotion, and is based in Singapore. The successful candidate can look forward to working in an organisation which prides itself on its strong work culture and open communication across all employees.

Reporting to the Germany-based global head of Compensation and Benefits, the new recruit will lead a small team in Asia-Pacific in support of evolving business needs. They will work closely with the Asia-Pacific Management Board as well as business leaders and the Mergers and Acquisitions team.

Regional experience – covering the full Asia-Pacific region, including China, Australia, India, and Southeast Asia – is a must for this role, along with strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
