Veremark expands global reach with acquisition of Employrite

Veremark, a global web3.0 employment screening firm offering over 40 credential checks in 150 countries, has seen a threefold increase in clients post its Series A funding round. This growth underscores its expansion, further boosted by acquiring Employrite in Australia and New Zealand, enhancing its Asia-Pacific presence.
Employrite, a stalwart in the Asia-Pacific pre-employment screening landscape, brings to the table extensive industry expertise and a blue-chip client base. The acquisition encompasses the business books and IP of Employrite in both Australia and New Zealand, solidifying Veremark’s foothold in these key markets.
