HRM Asia job of the week: 28 September 2018

Frazer Jones is seeking a Regional HRIS Manager to join the team of a European MNC within the FMCG industry. They are a household brand and have been very aggressive with their growth over in the Asia within the past decade. They are focusing their efforts to ensure processes and policies are in-line with their longer term growth strategy and have invested heavily into systems.

The organisation is using the full suite of SuccessFactors and would require this individual to continuously support the change management and alignment of the systems alongside the operational needs of the HR teams. More importantly, they are looking for individuals that are able to align payroll systems and reporting spread across various countries and different payroll methodologies.

The Successful Applicant should come with 6-8 years of HRIS experience and must have experience in SAP SuccessFactors. The role will be ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and who appreciates integrating and harmonizing new platform systems.
