Russell Reynolds Associates strengthens APAC leadership team

Russell Reynolds Associates has announced the appointment of Euan Kenworthy as the new country manager of its Singapore office, effectively 1 January 2025. Kenworthy succeeds Ulrike Wieduwilt, who has been named the country leaders for Greater China after a successful three-year tenure in Singapore.

In his new role, Kenworthy will oversee the operations of the Singapore office, focusing on strengthening client relationships and driving growth as the organisation continues to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Kenworthy currently leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Private Capital sector in Asia-Pacific and its global Infrastructure practice. He brings extensive expertise in board and CEO succession planning, as well as executive search, advising sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, and infrastructure funds on leadership development. His work also extends to supporting the boards and leadership teams of portfolio companies.

Since joining the firm in 2014, Kenworthy has amassed over 15 years of experience in leadership consulting and executive search, working with senior management and boards across London, Singapore, and Switzerland.
