Unisys bolsters HR leadership with appointment of Ruchi Kulhari

Unisys has announced the appointment of Ruchi Kulhari as its Senior Vice-President and CHRO, effective immediately. In her new role, she will report directly to Unisys Chair and CEO Peter Altabef.
Altabef emphasised the critical nature of the CHRO role within Unisys, stating, “As an IT solutions organisation in an ever-evolving, fast-paced industry, our CHRO is a critical role for us, as recruiting, retaining, developing, and transforming our workforce to meet the needs of our clients and associates is paramount to our success. Ruchi’s deep experience, sharp focus and strong capabilities make her an exceptional addition to our senior leadership team.”
Bringing over two decades of diverse HR expertise to Unisys, Kulhari boasts a rich background across various organisations in senior HR capacities. Prior to joining Unisys, she served as the Chief People Officer at Coforge, where she spearheaded pivotal HR initiatives. Her professional journey also includes roles at Infosys and EXL Services, where she held key positions driving HR functions across global operations.
During her tenure at Infosys, Kulhari played instrumental roles in areas such as global sales HR leadership, HR integration for mergers and acquisitions, and organisational development and learning and development function lead. Additionally, she served as the Global HR Business Partner for EXL Service’s business consulting division, further enriching her expertise in strategic HR management.
