Voting opens for HRM Asia Reader’s Choice Awards 2026

Voting is now open for HRM Asia Readers’ Choice Awards 2026.

Until 7 October, HR professionals and business leaders across Asia can cast their votes on the awards website for the organisations they trust most: the technology providers behind the systems HR teams use daily, the recruitment, learning and wellbeing partners they bring in, and the serviced apartments that support corporate travel and international assignments.

What sets the awards apart is who does the deciding. Reader votes account for 70% of each contender’s final score, with a panel of independent expert judges contributing the remaining 30% over the same two-week window.

Last year’s results show the spread. Times Software won in four categories, among them human resource information system and time and attendance management, while ADP was recognised for payroll and outsourcing solutions. Neufast won for AI recruitment software, Persol for engineering and IT recruitment, and Safeguard Global for employer of record services. Organisational Development Concepts took all three corporate learning awards. The serviced apartment category went to four properties: Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard, Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard, Quincy House and Great World Residences.

For HR teams, voting is a chance to recognise the partners that made a difference to their work over the past year, and to see how that view holds up against the wider regional community once results are in.

Winners will be revealed at an in-person awards ceremony on 3 December 2026 at One Farrer Hotel, Singapore.
