RCA2018: Best HR Tech – Cloud Systems

For the past 21 years, InfoTech has been building, and expanding on its integrated HR system, which includes time attendance, payroll, e-leave, and a range of other HR services.

It was one of the first such systems to leverage on cloud technology to deliver its software as a service in Singapore, and the move has had a big impact on HRM Magazine Asia readers. They voted InfoTech as the Best HR Tech – Cloud Solutions in the 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards.

“We are honored to have our work recognised by HRM Asia’s Readers’ Choice Awards,” Peter Lee, Director of InfoTech (pictured) said. “It means so much to us that the work that we are passionate about also resonates with others.”

That’s not to say the win was unexpected – Lee and his team had every confidence their technology would be voted best. “We had planned to win, prepared to win, and expected to win,” he says. “Our products and services provide the most value in our customers, through adaptability and manifest transparency to the market.”

Having leveraged off the cloud technology revolution, InfoTech Systems is now looking at other innovations in the HR tech space to further advance its offering.

“We would like to take advantage of the growing technology by investing more in research and development and contributing to the ‘Smart Nation’ ambitions of Singapore,” Lee said. “We are now focusing on enhancing and integrating our current solution to artificial intelligence to interact, connect and increase accessibility, anytime and anywhere.”
