While jobs of the future seem to revolve around automation and technology, one educator is saying they will be much more about “the human touch and creativity”.
According to Yoshito Hori, President of Globis University, “jobs of the future will be creative, dependent on human relationships, and linked to the interests of the individual making them fun”.
“The fields of art, visual media, and design will witness good momentum,” he added.
Said Hori, “In the future, human CEOs will have to adopt AI as a partner, learn from it, and consult with it on decision-making and strategy. We should encourage this mindset.”
Globis has newly set up its Asian Campus in Singapore catering to those who want to pursue post-graduate education. Globis seeks to enable the development of new-age skills through courses like Organisational Behaviour, and Critical Thinking and Leadership for aspiring business leaders in Singapore.
