ADP has moved Jessica Zhang to the role of Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Region. She will join the Senior Leadership Team headed by Virginia Magliuglo, International President of ADP Employer Services.

Zhang’s new role involves driving growth and operational excellence across Asia Pacific. She will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for developing talents, expanding ADP’s footprint in the region, and accelerating the introduction and growth of the company’s newest solutions in the region.

She said, “Innovation is in ADP’s DNA and I’m honoured to be leading the charge in Asia Pacific to execute the company’s strategy for growth and value creation for clients.”

Zhang joined ADP in 2007 as Vice President, Finance and Accounting for China. She was promoted to General Manager, North Asia in 2018 after holding two additional leadership roles as CFO China and CFO APAC. She has led the company to achieve revenue growth over the last four years while also building a diverse leadership team in North Asia. She has also been responsible for managing demanding projects, including the management of safety and support for ADP clients and associates during the outbreak of the pandemic.
