AsiaHRM, a leading professional network in Asia focusing on leadership and coaching development, has announced a strategic partnership with HRM Asia, a media and events company that serves the HR community in Asia-Pacific, to launch the Asia HR Leaders Live Series. The new regional series, kicking off in Singapore, is set to be a key platform for senior HR executives across Asia to share actionable insights on critical workplace challenges.
Building on the success of the Hong Kong HR Leaders Live sessions, the Asia HR Leaders Live Series will tackle the top HR challenges revealed in AsiaHRM’s recent survey. The expanded regional programme will maintain this focus.
Amplifying HR Voices for Regional Impact
The collaboration is a natural alignment of two organisations committed to advancing HR excellence in Asia.

“This partnership with HRM Asia allows us to amplify HR voices across the region and promote shared learning among Asia’s HR leaders,” said Rita Tsui, Founder of AsiaHRM.
A renowned Executive Coach (ICF PCC), Leadership Trainer, and HR Mentor with over 25 years of experience, Rita Tsui has a history of shaping people strategy and leadership culture across the Asia-Pacific. Her work focuses on partnering with boards and senior executives to drive growth and transformation, aligning people strategy with core business goals.
Rita’s expertise, which spans shipping, finance, healthcare, and logistics, includes achieving up to 50% cost savings in HR programmes and retaining over 90% of employees during M&A transitions. She also founded the Asia HR Woman Club, an initiative dedicated to empowering women in leadership, with a core purpose of “Enabling business success through people transformation.”
Catherine Wong, Managing Director of HRM Asia, echoed the enthusiasm for the partnership. “We are excited to support this initiative that aligns with our mission to connect and inspire HR professionals throughout Asia,” she stated. HRM Asia, headquartered in Singapore, is dedicated to delivering customer-led, growth-oriented HR content, insights, and events that drive organisational success.
Shaping the Future of Work in Asia
AsiaHRM supports the growth of leadership, as well as personal and team coaching to build high-performing organisational teams. This series directly aligns with its core focus areas: Empowering Growth, Shaping the Future of the HR Landscape, and Delivering Real Value to the professional community.
The regional expansion aims to support local HR talent in evolving into regional leaders, equipped with practical solutions and forward-looking strategies.
The Asia HR Leaders Live Series will be streamed on LinkedIn beginning in November 2025, providing an accessible, engaging platform for the region’s HR community to connect and share best practices.
