Atlas announces new partnership with payroll platform

Atlas is collaborating with datascalehr to harness AI to manage data global payroll and HR management more efficiently.

Atlas, an Employer of Record (EOR) service provider, and datascalehr, an AI-native payroll data platform, have announced a new partnership that will see the implementation of datascalehr’s innovative payroll and HR technology to Atlas.

This will, in essence, eliminate the need for data connectors in the payroll process and show the acceleration of implementation, enabling efficiency in payroll operations by more than 10 times.

This substantial reduction in manual work, says Atlas, will also help eliminate nearly all data inaccuracies, empowering the organisation to double down on its customer service, and placing them ahead of the competition.

“Implementing datascalehr allows us to harness the power of AI to streamline our operations like never before. This is a game-changer for us and the industry as a whole,” said Jim McCoy, CEO of Atlas.

“We’re not just upgrading our systems—we’re upgrading our entire approach to global payroll and HR management.”

Jerome Gouvernel, Co-Founder and CEO of datascalehr, was open about his enthusiasm of the new partnership, calling it a thrill to support an organisation that shares their vision of transforming the payroll and HR landscape through technology.

“Our AI-native platform is built to redefine the standards of data management and operational efficiency, and this collaboration sets the stage for a new era of technological excellence in the EOR industry,” said Gouvernel.

He added that before datascalehr’s inception, most organisations invested millions of dollars and large software development teams, seeking to build in-house solutions but ending up with more technical debt and an undifferentiated product.
