Cornerstone OnDemand acquires Saba

Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in people development solutions, have announced its acquisition of Saba for nearly USD$1.4 billion.
Saba is a portfolio company of Vector Capital and a pioneer in enterprise learning market with over 20 years of industry experience developing, delivering and supporting learning, performance and recruiting product solution.

With the addition of Saba, Cornerstone OnDemand will have an expanded reach and ability to help a larger, diverse group of clients realize the potential of their people with the right learning and development opportunities.

The combined company will have about 7,000 enterprise customers and 75 million users.
