G-Able, an IT and digital solutions provider in Thailand, has partnered with Workday to revolutionise its HR management. The adoption of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), initiated in April 2024, marks a pivotal step for G-Able in modernising its HR operations to meet the demands of its expanding workforce and evolving business landscape.
Dr Chaiyuth Chunnahacha, CEO of G-Able, said, “Nowadays, to adjust the workforce within an organisation towards business growth, ‘People’ are the greatest asset. The HR department acts as a crucial partner for business leaders. They play a significant role in helping organisations adapt to the wind of change during the digital transformation process.”
The deployment of Workday HCM enables G-Able to consolidate multiple HR functions onto a unified platform accessible globally. This integration comes at a crucial juncture as G-Able prepares to scale its operations and enhance organisational agility. Leveraging Workday’s innovative tools such as Skills Cloud and Time Tracking, G-Able optimises resource allocation and boosts productivity across its workforce.
“Our collaboration with Workday significantly enhances our operational efficiencies and strengthens our potential for future growth. Additionally, the partnership further enhances G-Able’s IT solution services, providing stronger and more holistic offerings. This collaboration also increases opportunities for expanding our customer base,” Dr Chunnahacha added.
