Paradox has announced its acquisition of Eqtble, a people analytics platform. This move signals Paradox’s intent to solidify its position in the HR tech space by combining its conversational AI capabilities with robust data insights.
“AI is the future of talent acquisition – and the foundation of useful AI is high quality data, often connected from different sources that helps our clients solve real business challenges,” said Adam Godson, CEO of Paradox. “We’ve always believed that conversations are the UI of the future, and we see an opportunity to create a data foundation that powers people intelligence in a conversational, frictionless way.”
Paradox’s AI assistant has already made significant inroads in automating recruitment processes. In 2024 alone, it facilitated the scheduling of over 20 million interviews globally and managed more than one billion Ai-driven candidate interactions across more than 30 languages. The organisation claimed this has resulted in substantial cost savings and time efficiencies for its clients.

Eqtble, founded in 2021, focuses on empowering data-driven workforce decisions. Its platform is built on a strong data model and analytics engine designed for seamless integration with various recruiting and HR systems. This acquisition aims to enable Paradox clients to access simplified, conversational dashboards and subsequently use those insights to improve business outcomes.
“As practitioners, we constantly experienced the pain of accessing workforce insights and thought: ‘Who better to solve this than people who understand the challenges firsthand?,’” said Joseph Ifiegbu, CEO of Eqtble. Ifiegbu, alongside with Co-Founders Ethan Veres and Gabe Horwitz, brings extensive experience in people analytics from organisations like Snap and WeWork. The integration of Eqtble’s technology into the Paradox platform is already underway, with a fully integrated solution expected to be released later this year.
