RCA2018: Best HR Tech – Claim Management

Times Software may be a payroll solution by name, but it is actually an entire suite of HR software services that can help workforce managers better view and analyse their people data.

Chan Keng Siong, IT Manager for the company (pictured), says it has always provided much more than simple accounting technology. And that, combined with an extremely high level of customer service and communication, has meant a growing pool of satisfied clients utilising Times products for not just payroll, but also claims and leave management, among other functions.

He was therefore delighted to accept the HRM Readers’ Choice Award for Best HR Tech – Claim Management in 2018. “We are very excited and elated with our win because this is the first time we have won these two categories,” he said.

“We would like to thank HRM Magazine Asia for organising this prestigious award. And most importantly, we would like to thank all our customers who have voted for us and supported us throughout our company’s 20-year journey.”

That history looks set to extend even further, with ongoing investment in further research and development projects. “We will continue to provide great after sales service and also continuously improve our product,” Chan said.
