Reinoud Ottervanger takes on new role in Heineken Singapore

Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore (part of The Heineken Company) has appointed Reinoud Ottervanger as Managing Director of Heineken Singapore, from August 2023. He will be taking over the role from Andy Hewson, who has moved on to a new role with Heineken Cambodia.

Ottervanger will be responsible for the overall management of APB Singapore’s strategic and operational functions, covering sales and marketing, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, and corporate affairs. He will be reporting to Kenneth Choo, Managing Director of Heineken Asia Pacific.

Ottervanger brings 16 years of experience with Heineken in various commercial positions withing the group, including Heineken Vietnam and Heineken Netherlands.

Prior to joining APB Singapore, Ottervanger was the Managing Director of Surinaamse Brouwerij, a Heineken subsidiary based in Suriname, South America for over three years.
