The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore appoints new Director of HR

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore welcomes Audrey Lim as the Director of Human Resources.

Lim brings over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources in regional and global roles in blue-chip multinational corporations across Singapore, China, and Indonesia. Her previous role was as Regional Human Resources Director at Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, overseeing the Southeast Asia and Australia markets for watches and jewellery. Her notable work included setting up HR frameworks for new markets, building high-performing teams, and harmonisation and integration of payroll, benefits, and HR systems in Southeast Asia.

Lim was also the first Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Kimberly Clark where she built the regional team and executive search capabilities. She also launched a new Applicant Tracking System as well as their employer branding activations. Previously she held HR leadership roles in Diageo, Johnson & Johnson and Unilever, after starting her career in Talent Acquisition with Robert Walters.

Lim has been appointed alongside her colleague Jin Kim, who has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms at the hotel.
