HR Tech Asia Awards 2025 honours Asia’s most outstanding HR leaders and innovators

Outstanding HR leaders and organisations across Asia were recognised for their achievements in innovation, inclusion, and sustainability at HR Tech Asia Awards 2025.

From transformative technologies to inclusive workplaces and sustainability-driven strategies, Asia’s top HR leaders and organisations were celebrated at HR Tech Asia Awards 2025, held on May 6 at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The awards, organised by HRM Asia as part of HR Tech Asia 2025, honoured outstanding achievements in HR across the region. Recognising HR professionals as pivotal drivers of organisational success, the awards highlighted leadership, innovation, and dedication to building thriving workplace cultures.

HR Tech Asia Awards 2025 is supported by HRCI, the Business Coalition for Gender Equality (BCGE), The ESG Institute, and the ASEAN Human Development Organisation (AHDO). This year’s awards also introduced two new categories—HR Diversity and Inclusion Excellence and ESG Excellence in Action—reflecting the growing importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in shaping the future of work.
