What is your organisation’s workforce readiness?

A new survey by i4cp aims to explore workforce readiness and how organisations identify, attract, develop and deploy talent.

The pandemic exposed the importance of an organisation’s ability to pivot quickly and embrace change.

Organisations that have the ability to identify and develop individuals with the right skills and capabilities at the moment of need will typically be those that achieve sustainable success and competitive edge.

This is “workforce readiness” at its core.

HRM Asia and research firm Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) are embarking on a new global study that explores workforce readiness and how organisations currently or are planning to identify, attract, develop, and deploy talent post-pandemic.

Take the Workforce Readiness survey by Friday, June 4 to receive exclusive first access to the results.
