Randstad Singapore appoints new Country Director

Maxim van Damme, Randstad Singapore’s new Country Director, will manage 120 employees to drive growth for Randstad Singapore’s specialized permanent and contracting talent recruitment business.

Prior to joining Randstad Singapore, Van Damme was the Managing Director of Strategic Client Solutions at Yacht, where he was responsible for the growth of large and strategic customers.

Van Damme will report to Jaya Dass, Managing Director of Singapore and Malaysia, and Regional Managing Director of Permanent Recruitment in Asia Pacific at Randstad.
