- Shawn Liew
Each year, UDS$7.8 trillion of productivity is lost because 80% of the global workforce is not engaged. What can organisations do to avoid spending money on employee churn and instead engage, retain, and attract the best talent?
Implement design thinking (DT) across the organisation, suggested Dr CJ Meadows, Director, i2e, The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre, S P Jain School of Global Management.
Speaking with HRM Asia, she explained, “In the consumer space, design thinking helps companies achieve two to three times industry average growth, 60 to 75% more shareholder returns and naturally, outperform competitors.”
“What we do for customers, we can also do for employees. As a matter of fact, high-performing HR departments are five times are more likely to be using design thinking so join me at HR Tech Festival Asia 2023 and check out the processes, tools, and techniques of design thinking and how they can help you.”
