To help organisations and individuals harness the full potential of the global economy, Remote has unveiled Global HR Platform, which offers integrated HR solutions for the entire employment lifecycle.

Remote’s Global HR Platform enables users to consolidate their HR processes, saving time and costs. It offers a unified, compliant platform for hiring, managing, and paying a global workforce. For instance, users can utilise the Remote HRIS (Human Resources Information System) feature to add all employees to the platform and manage them from onboarding through offboarding. Remote HRIS includes talent management, time and attendance tracking, expense management, and integrated payroll, accessible via a mobile or web interface.

Additionally, the Employer of Record service provides organisations with a solution for hiring, managing, and paying employees in countries where they lack a legal presence. This service is said to reduce the complexities associated with international expansion.

The next feature is Contractor Management, which simplifies the process of overseeing both international and domestic contractors. It offers automated onboarding, invoicing, and ensures adherence to tax compliance requirements. The Global Payroll service, on the other hand, enables users to execute global payroll operations. This can be accomplished in a matter of minutes through an intuitive interface, it claimed, leveraging Remote’s expertise to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Lastly, the Remote API feature empowers the integration of global HR functionalities into users’ preferred tools to enhance workforce efficiency and allows for the secure synchronisation of data across systems.
