Roy Pang appointed as new CHRO of Plaza Premium Group

Plaza Premium Group (PPG), an award-winning global airport hospitality services provider, has appointed Roy Pang as their new Chief Human Resources Officer.
In this new position, Pang will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including strategic planning, talent management and leadership development. This will require him to work closely with all departments to ensure that the HR services are aligned with PPG’s goals and business needs, as well as the organisation’s vision, mission, and values. Pang brings with him a wealth of experience in HR and is committed to fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment among employees.

Pang served as Group Human Resources Director at ImagineX Group before this new appointment, where he was instrumental in driving key strategic initiatives and enhancing workforce productivity. Pang also served at JLL’s Work Dynamics for Greater China & Korea where he managed HR operations and developed policies that improved employee relations and business practices.
