Deel has launched its new White Label and Reseller Programmes, aimed at providing organisations with enhanced flexibility in managing their HR functions. These initiatives are intended to simplify complex HR processes, allowing organisations to integrate Deel’s services under their own branding and expand their HR solutions through resellable offerings.
In an HR landscape often plagued by fragmented solutions and custom integrations, Deel’s White Label Programme provides a streamlined approach. It allows organisations to integrate Deel’s global hiring, onboarding, and payroll services directly into their own platform, complete with custom branding options. Organisations can utilise an out-of-the-box solution, adding their own logo, colours, and design elements, or opt for tailored needs through Deel’s customisable API.
For example, AI training platform Alignerr has leveraged Deel’s White Label Programme to manage a large volume of international contractors. Kahveh Saramout, Director of Alignerr, said, “By white-labelling Deel Contractor, we’ve transformed our processes—automating workflows like onboarding, compliance, and payments.”
Other HR and talent solutions providers, such as eTeam and Joyowo, are also using Deel’s white-label capabilities to broaden their services beyond core competencies, offering end-to-end solutions to clients.

In addition to White Label solutions, Deel’s Global Reseller Programme enables partners to resell Deel’s suite of payroll and HR services. This programme is designed to meet the rising demand for HR solutions tailored to international workforces. Reseller partners gain access to discounted pricing, a customised API, in-house support, and ongoing enablement resources.
Current partners, including EPI-USE and Multibook, have already seen success with Deel’s solutions. Keith McDermott, Partner at EPI-USE, emphasised the value Deel brings to global HR, saying, “Work has gone global, and there is a huge opportunity in helping organisations implement the right payroll and HR tech. Deel is a true one-stop shop, flexible enough to assist small businesses with hiring and employee engagement, while also addressing complex payroll needs for enterprises across multiple countries.”
