Agniwesh Thakur moves from Accenture to Deloitte India

Agniwesh Thakur has been named Director of Human Capital Consulting for Deloitte India. He will be based in Gurugram, India, and will be responsible for driving digital HR transformation initiatives for client organisations.

In the past two decades, Agniwesh has driven and designed digital human capital management transformation for organisations. His expertise includes simplifying HR processes to enhance employee experience, and has consulted, advised and implemented HRIT solutions for various industries globally.

Agniwesh moves to Deloitte from Accenture, where he helmed the role of Vice President, Human Capital Management. Prior to this, he has also worked as Senior Manager, Global HRIT Systems & Analytics, at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, and as Senior Consultant, Human Capital Management, at Infosys.
