HR technology is more complex than ever, no longer a category running parallel to the industry, but a cornerstone that supports all aspects of the people practice. Leading analyst and Top 100 HR Tech Influencers award recipient Josh Bersin reports that the average large organisation operates with over 80 HR tools, and many global organisations have twice that number.

To keep a finger on the pulse of tech innovation, HR and business professionals often turn to pioneers and thought leaders who influence the industry. The most effective of these individuals are recognised annually in Human Resource Executive’s Top 100 HR Tech Influencers list, now in its sixth year.
