BPMB boosts HR efficiency with Workday HCM deployment

Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB) has successfully implemented Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) into its operations as part of its broader digital transformation strategy. This move aligns with the bank’s Group Agenda 2025, aimed at advancing operational excellence and strategic growth.

In a swift deployment process using Workday Launch, BPMB implemented the customisable HCM package within just 4.5 months. This expedited approach not only ensured a cost-effective solution but also laid a strong foundation for future growth. By leveraging Workday Talent Optimisation, Workday Absence Management, and Workday Compensation, BPMB has enhanced its talent management processes. The phased implementation has resulted in an improvement in employee experience, productivity, and retention.

The enhanced reporting capabilities within Workday provide timely and accurate insights, facilitating effective workforce planning and reducing data fragmentation.
