Excellence in HR recognised at HRM Asia Readers’ Choice Awards 2025

HRM Asia has unveiled the winners of the Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, held on December 4 at One Farrer Hotel. The annual awards celebrate the organisations and HR solutions providers that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to strengthening HR capabilities, elevating employee experience, and supporting workforce transformation across the region.

The judging process this year was entrusted to a distinguished panel comprising Dr Amy Tan, Executive Director, Centre for Organisational Effectiveness; Dr Derrick Kon, Chief Executive, CEO Solutions; Dr Issac Lim, Founder of Anthro Insights; Josephine Tan, Journalist at HRM Asia; and Hazel Loh, Marketing and Partnership Manager, HRM Asia. To ensure a fair and balanced outcome, each category was evaluated through a rigorous framework that blended online voting by readers of HRM Asia (70% of the score) with independent assessments from the judges (30%).
