Shalini Loganathan, Head, Planning and Change Management, PETRONAS ICT

Shalini Loganathan was recently appointed as Head, Planning and Change Management, of Malaysian oil giant Petronas.

She was previously Head of Talent Development, where she was responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive talent management and leadership development strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines of competency management, succession planning, talent assessments, learning and development identification, as well as planning to develop leaders to meet the current and future business needs of the company.

Loganathan also has a proven track record in policy and procedures, employee capability development, career path design, retention approaches, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Prior to her roles at Petronas, she also worked for Coca Cola Bottlers Malaysia and Pfizer.

 

Martin Andrés, Talent Acquisition APAC at Netflix

Martin Andrés recently joined Netflix as part of its Asia Pacific’s talent acquisition team, where he will be tasked with helping the organisation grow across the Asia-Pacific region.

He was previously the Asia-Pacific Recruiting Manager for Uber where he supervised the team that supported all Corporate, Sales, Security, Design and Technology hiring for the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to these roles, Andrés worked at the Noble Group and at Phaidon
