If you’ve never watched the Emmy-nominated animated comedy Big Mouth on Netflix, it’s a cartoon about school kids and the hormonal rollercoaster they go through, with monsters portraying their emotions.

The creators of the whacky sitcom, who have so far produced three seasons for Netflix, are now turning their attention to the world of work, specifically the HR department. They recently announced a spin-off TV series called Human Resources.

The hormone monsters’ office space has already been featured in an episode of Big Mouth when the school children visited them in their workplace. Nick Kroll, one of the four creators of Big Mouth, recently told a New York Comic-Con panel. “It’s a workplace comedy that takes place in the world of the monsters […] about the monsters and creatures and everything else that manages people.”

The TV show will undoubtedly be required viewing for anyone working in an HR department, and monsters of course.
