PropertyGuru names Disha Goenka Das as CMO

PropertyGuru, an online property portal, has announced the appointment of Disha Goenka Das as CMO.
In her new role, Disha will help accelerate PropertyGuru’s growth trajectory across five markets, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, as it creates South-East Asia’s Trust Platform for property. She will also build the ESG mandate for the group and focus on integrating material ESG issues into the organisation’s strategy to create long-term financial and social value for stakeholders.
Furthermore, she is also tasked to spearhead experiences across all offline and digital channels by taking forward the new brand positioning that reflects a strategic evolution in the group’s growth to move beyond property search to offering end-to-end property solutions for consumers, agents, developers, bankers, valuers, and city planners.
She will also be part of PropertyGuru’s Group Leadership Team, and will report to Hari V. Krishnan, CEO and Managing Director of PropertyGuru, who commented, “She [Disha] brings a strong skill set in technology marketing which is critical as we fuel PropertyGuru’s growth and guide all the property sector to make confident decisions.”
Disha joins PropertyGuru from Twitter, where she served as Senior Global Director of Marketing and was responsible for global strategy and building Twitter’s brand globally. Prior to this, she spent a decade at Google where in her last role she was Head of Ad Product Commercialisation for Asia Pacific.
