This was a massive and comprehensive survey by the firm, which paid dividends for Barr and his team. “The results enabled us to truly understand the importance of candidate experience,” he says. “The gap between what candidate expectations and what hiring companies offer was interesting – and this shaped how we advise our clients on their recruitment processes and provide a better service to them.’’
