Skillsoft bolsters enterprise learning offering through Workday partnership
- Claire Lee
Corporate digital lending solutions provider Skillsoft has bolstered its enterprise learning offering through its integration with Workday Learning, a platform that tailors customised learning experience for employees.
The integration allows Workday users to access Skillsoft’s learning platform, Skillsoft Percipio, from anywhere, at any time, and on any device.
Users would be able to access curated learning paths such as role- and competency-based paths designed to move them toward aspirational jobs, and access courses and videos, with additional content planned through future updates through hands-on practice labs and audiobooks.
David Somers, Group General Manager, Office of the Chief Human Resource Officer, Workday, said, “We’re expanding our partnership with Skillsoft at a time when enterprises and their learners have an unprecedented need for accessing on-demand training and development resources”
The partnership, Skillsoft shared, also underscores the company’s commitment to an open platform strategy and making learning directly accessible through widely used work tools, platforms, and collaboration apps.
