The skills in demand involve those with capability development and performance management, against a backdrop where people are pivoting in their careers and the need increases for personalised advice to enhance workplace performance.

Workplace learning can take place through avenues like in-house training sessions, on-the-job coaching, and self-initiated learning, such as through online platforms, said SSG.
The report also highlighted that there is now an increased recognition of the importance of workplace learning, and education tech is currently powering the training and mid-career education business.
