With the dramatic change of the last 18 months, HR leaders have found themselves at the centre of converging crises around digital acceleration, skills obsolescence, rising employee expectations, and a fluid workforce.

To help HR and business leaders prepare for the transition to a hybrid workforce, Workday, in collaboration with HRM Asia, will be organising a webinar titled, Employee Experience Reimagined with Data and Machine Learning, on 26 October 2021.

The webinar will attempt to solve the dilemma between remote and hybrid workforce and provide tips on how organisations can effectively incorporate data analytics in their talent retention strategies.

Workday experts and leading industry practitioners will also highlight how organisations can leverage machine learning to deliver meaningful employee experiences, and how they can instil a culture of belonging and purpose in the workforce.

As more organisations explore how they can improve the experience they provide to their employees, Wong Pei Woan, Head of Solution (HCM), Asia, Workday, will kick off the webinar by engaging in a conversation with Dr George Margrove, Principal Psychologist, Peakon. They will provide insights into how to deliver employee experiences that promote productivity, enable engagement, and help workers thrive in a hybrid work environment.

HR leaders such as Indrijati Rahayoe, Chief Human Resources Office, Prudential Indonesia, and Tricia Duran, Global HR Leader, Consultant and Coach, will then share best practices on enhancing employee experience in the development of a hybrid working environment.

They will also analyse the importance of understanding the key drivers of engagement and how to effectively incorporate and reap the benefits of data analytics in talent management to instil a culture of belonging.

Dominic Chia, Principal HCM Solution Consultant, Workday, will demonstrate how Workday and Peakon, a Workday company, are delivering continuous learning strategies to get to the heart of employee experience in the new normal. He will elaborate on how organisations can take sentiment learnings and apply Workday applications to engage with their people and people leaders and solve underlying problems.
