Rimini Street brings the weekend closer with new work model
- Josephine Tan
After a successful six-month trial phase in 2022, Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software products and services, will continue to allow employees to enjoy a four-day workweek in 2023.
According to Rimini Street, the Fabulous Fridays! four-day workweek programme was launched as a pilot in July 2022 in response to the physical and emotional strain faced by employees because of the pandemic and economic challenges.
During the trial programme, employees were able to enjoy the benefits of a more focused four-day workweek and three-day weekend model, leading to increased relaxation, refocus, and realignment in their personal and professional lives.

Having reviewed the four-day workweek’s impact on the organisation and its core values, the 4C’s—Company, Clients, Colleagues, and Community—Rimini Street leadership reported that the programme provided a positive impact on the organisation, its clients, and employees, and with support from employees, decided to extend Fabulous Fridays! through 2023.
Seth Ravin, CEO and Chairman of the board, Rimini Street, commented, “We respect the values that make the organisation not just a place of employment, but a home to our global Rimini family. We believe our willingness to listen, learn, and evolve Rimini Street allows us to remain a top workplace and employer that is globally recognised and appreciated by our colleagues and the industry.”
