The RiseUp with ServiceNow platform aims to train one million workers, offering over 600 free courses and 18 job-related certification paths.

Software workflow management firm ServiceNow has rolled out a programme to upskill and train digital talents by 2024. Called RiseUp with ServiceNow, the platform aims to train one million workers, offering over 600 free courses and 18 job-related certification paths.

Such courses will also be paired with in-house academies and training partnerships with non-profit and government agencies, connecting over 450,000 members through peer-to-peer networking opportunities, learning forums and virtual events.

There will also be a placement programme to help customers and partners source, train, and assess talent from diverse backgrounds. By end-2023, it aims to bring 25 partners onboard the platform.

Lara Caimi, Chief Customer and Partner Officer at ServiceNow, “Instead of focusing on the skills gap, we believe it’s time to focus on the opportunity gap and broaden the definition of tech talent so more people can benefit from the demand for digital transformation. RiseUp with ServiceNow will empower people to build meaningful careers and enable customers and partners to find much needed talent so they can thrive in the digital economy.”
