Cushman & Wakefield names new people partnering director

Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Diane Poo as Director of People Partnering for Singapore and Malaysia. Based in Singapore, Poo will report directly to Anne-Sophie Curet, Senior Vice-President of EMEA and APAC People Partnering.
Curet commented, “Diane’s extensive experience and proven leadership in HR strategy make her a valuable addition to our team. Her ability to align people-centric initiatives with business goals will be instrumental in advancing our strategic objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across Singapore and Malaysia.”
Poo joins the organisation with over 20 years of experience spanning diverse industries, including building, energy, retail, IT, and hospitality. Most recently, she served as South-East Asia HR Business Partnering Leader at Johnson Controls, where she successfully led initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness across the region.
In her new role at Cushman & Wakefield, Poo will support the leadership teams in Singapore and the region, overseeing HR teams in Singapore and Malaysia. She will focus on executing key people strategies and ensuring alignment between local business priorities and Cushman & Wakefield’s regional and global objectives. Her leadership will be critical in driving organisational success and support the organisation’s strategic business goals.
