It was a conference of a different sort for the multinational delegates of the Institute for HR Professionals (IHRP ) Think Tank event on Monday, November 19. Held in collaboration with CIPD at the Hilton Hotel in Singapore, the Think Tank sought to bring people together for high-level networking and though ideation.

Office chairs and tables were replaced by beanbags and cushions, and the traditional model of a few speakers holding the floor was replaced by a combination of interactive labs, seminars, and workshops, all focused on the changing world of work.

The invite list included senior HR professionals, as well as academic and government leaders, and HR Association delegates from Australia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Lim Tong Teck, Director of Marketing and Brand Experience with IHRP, said the Think Tank was an exciting programme that expanded the organisation’s outreach to the HR profession and key stakeholders.

“Through this experience, it is our wish that you gained new reflections and insights, as well as made new connections and conversations,” he told delegates.

HRM Asia was a proud media partner of the event.
