CHRO Thailand: Driving innovation, growth, and human-centric leadership
- Josephine Tan

Thailand’s HR community is at a turning point. As digital technologies, AI, and shifting workforce expectations converge, HR leaders are being asked to navigate one of the most significant transformations in decades. It is no longer enough to optimise processes or adopt new tools; the challenge lies in reshaping organisations in ways that balance innovation with a deeply human approach to leadership.
Against this backdrop, HRM Asia is bringing its flagship CHRO Series to Thailand for the very first time. Scheduled for 26-27 August 2025 at the JW Marriott in Bangkok, CHRO Thailand 2025 will convene the nation’s top HR leaders to share strategies, exchange perspectives, and spark bold ideas under the theme Navigating the Future of HR: Shaping Innovation and Growth in Thailand.

Equally compelling is the session on Work-from-Anywhere: Redefining Productivity, Culture, and Compliance in the Workplace, led by Budphawadee Owararinth, Chief Marketing Officer, and Saraswadee Kupatapong, Chief People Officer, both from Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance. As flexible work models become a cornerstone of talent attraction and retention, this discussion will explore how to evolve from makeshift remote setups to structured, sustainable frameworks. Attendees will gain strategies for navigating compliance, fostering engagement, and enhancing collaboration across distributed teams. This session speaks directly to the realities of today’s hybrid workforce, offering solutions to maintain culture and productivity in a decentralised world.
