Publicis Sapient appoints Jaz Lim as Head of Experience

In her new role, Lim will lead experience design for Publicis Sapient, an advanced digital transformation company.

Jaz Lim as joined Publicis Sapient, part of Publicis Groupe, as Head of Experience. She will lead the ongoing growth of the company’s experience craft in Singapore, and will report to Jonathan Sharp, Managing Director for ASEAN, Publicis Sapient.

Lim will act as the bridge between strategy and engineering, bringing Publicis Sapient’s products and service design to clients across South-east Asia, with a focus on financial services, retail and healthcare.

Prior to joining Publicis Sapient, Lim worked at Citibank and Cognizant, where she led the customer experience (CX) and experience design (XD) practice.

Alongside leading experience design products that drive business outcomes for clients in South-east Asia, Lim will also focus on operationalising Publicis Sapient’s proprietary LEAD design framework. She is also tasked with growing a world-class, AI-ready design team in Singapore, where she will be based.

Lim added, “Experience design is an ever-evolving journey. I am inspired by Publicis Sapient’s vision to not only create experience design, but to lead international transformation.

“Today’s consumer expectations are high and will only get higher. They expect immediacy, a personalised experience that is contextual – at the same time, they worry about privacy.

“Making sure we have the right formulation and the right ingredients when we design experience, is key. To be Light, Ethical, Accessible and Dataful is the recipe.”
