HR Tech Fest Awards 2025: Celebrating HR innovation and leadership

In today’s dynamic business environment, HR professionals have evolved into pivotal figures driving organisational success. To honour their remarkable contributions, HRM Asia presents HR Tech Fest Awards 2025, a distinguished platform dedicated to recognising excellence in HR.

The awards ceremony will be held on 6 May 2025, at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, as part of HR Tech Festival Asia 2025.

HR Tech Fest Awards 2025 aims to celebrate the outstanding achievements and groundbreaking ideas of HR leaders across Asia. This prestigious award programme shines a light on HR professionals who drive organisational success through strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and transformative technologies.

The award also recognises those who embrace the power of technology to stay ahead of industry trends and redefine the HR landscape. Championing diversity and inclusion (D&I) by fostering a culture of respect and belonging, and championing environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives to build a sustainable future for the organisation and society are also key areas that will be celebrated.

HR Tech Fest Awards 2025 encompass a wide range of categories, including:

• Best C-Suite Leader
• HR Team of the Year
• Employer of Choice
• Best Workplace Culture & Engagement (above 500 employees)
• Best Workplace Culture & Engagement (below 500 employees)
• Best Use of Technology
• Best ASEAN Human Development
• HR Diversity and Inclusion Excellence
• ESG Excellence in Action

Specifically, two new awards are being introduced this year: HR Diversity and Inclusion Excellence and ESG Excellence in Action. The ESG Excellence in Action award, presented in partnership with the ESG Institute, recognises organisations that integrate sustainability practices into their HR strategies and organisational culture. This award focuses on the organisation’s public commitment to ESG, leadership involvement, employee engagement, and measurable impact.

The HR Diversity and Inclusion Excellence award, presented in partnership with the Business Coalition for Gender Equality (BCGE), recognises organisations that excel in D&I efforts across infrastructure, practices, and culture. It evaluates various aspects such as D&I vision statements, training programmes, leadership commitment, communication strategies, and measurable outcomes.
