HR Fest Awards 2024 crowns Asia’s best HR leaders and teams

Organised as part of HR Tech Festival Asia 2024, HR Fest Awards 2024 celebrated the dedicaton, creativity, and ingenuity of HR professionals in Asia.

This year, 19 finalists across nine award categories demonstrated how they are leveraging transformative technologies, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership to drive organisational success.

From this pool of outstanding finalists, the award winners were chosen for demonstrating excellence, innovation, and dedication in reshaping the HR landscape.

Two organisations saw wins across more than a single category. Singapore Land Group received accolades in two categories, including HR Team of the Year, and Best Workplace Culture & Engagement (below 500 employees). UOB (Thailand) as an organisation won Best Employer of Choice, and their Country Head of Human Resources Sasiwimol Arayawattanapong won Best HR Leader of the Year 2024.

All award recipients were selected by a panel of esteemed judges, which include Dickson Tang, Keynote Speaker and Founder, DicksonTang.me; Derrick Kon, Chief Executive, CEO Solutions; Steve Boese, Co-Founder, H3 HR Advisors; Rachele Focardi, Founder and CEO XYZ@Work; Nadiah Tan Abdullah, Chief Human Capital Officer, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad; and Dr. Virgel Binghay, Co-Founding Member, ASEAN Human Development Organisation (AHDO) Philippines.
