HR Fest Awards: Nominations now open
HRM Asia is now seeking out the region’s top HR leaders and teams, as well as those employers of choice leading the people-focused agenda in this era of Industry 4.0. The HR Fest Awards – across seven categories in 2020 – will be presented as part of the opening day of HR Tech Festival Asia on May 12, 2020.
Nominations are now open.
Eligible entrants will be Asia-based employers from both the private and public sectors, including the local and regional arms of multinationals, SMEs, government agencies, and local companies from anywhere across the region.
All sectors and industries are welcome, although HR service providers are requested to “support Great HR” through nominations for third-party companies and leaders. The HR division of an HR service provider may take part, as long as the category is not in line with what the organisation does as a ‘business’.
The seven categories for HR Fest Awards 2020 are:
- Employer of Choice
- HR Team of the Year
- Best HR Leader
- Best C-Suite Leader
- Best Use of Technology
- Best Workplace Culture and Engagement (for organisations with 500 or more employees)
- Best Workplace Culture and Engagement (for organisations with fewer than 500 employees
Nominations close on January 17, with finalists across each category announced shortly after.
