Kicking off the day is Brain Sommer, an award-winning technology analyst, strategy consultant and writer. To provide a better understanding of how businesses can build resilience through better communications, Jeanne Achille, founder and CEO of the Devon Group, and Conference Chair, Women in HR Tech Summit, US and Singapore, will discuss why HR needs to work closely with leadership to ensure communications alleviate the emotionally pressure experienced by workers. Her session, titled How to build business resiliency through better communications, is taking place at 11am SGT.

How can HR professionals create long-term value in their people strategy? Guinevere Teong, manager, Creative and Professional Services Division, Workforce Singapore (WSG), will attempt to answer this question during her session titled WSG’s talent management and development programmes (11.30am SGT).
