CHRO Philippines 2024: Innovation for the workforce

At CHRO Philippines 2024, HR leaders will be able to learn strategies and share ideas to develop a better and stronger workforce for 2024.

CHROs and organisational leaders in the Philippines will soon be able to sit with their peers and share the best practices in human resources at CHRO Philippines 2024. As part of HRM Asia’s CHRO Series, CHRO Philippines 2024 looks to explore innovative strategies that will allow organisations to navigate the challenges and thrive in 2024. including formulating key people strategies that will help employers and C-Suite leaders retain the best talent.

With the theme How CHROS Can Shape Organisational and Workforce Transformation, the event seeks to invite more than 150 CHROs in the Discovery Primae, Metro Manila, Philippines, for a high-level networking opportunity. HR leaders will be able to learn the latest insights from renowned HR thought leaders to successfully develop employees and create organisation strategies for 2024 for better growth.

Are organisations fully maximising the potential of their workforce? Join Matthew Kane, VP, Solutions Advisory, APJ, Ceridian, and Joshua Ooi, Senior Manager, Solutions Advisory, Ceridian, in the session Harnessing The Full Potential of Today’s Modern Workforce, where they will seek to cover the complexities of the workforce, fuelled by rapidly changing workforce dynamics and a fluid compliance landscape.  With leaders still grappling with pandemic workforce challenges, while still navigating new ones stemming from the current business climate, there is room to explore how leaders can mobilise their workforce, boost performance, engage their people, and build a stronger culture amid constant change.

When the purpose and function of HR is constantly changing, and shifting its field of scope, new paradigms of people and work occur, with more challenges. In Challenges of the New HR Paradigm for HR leaders in ASEAN, Dr Bob Aubrey, Founder and Chair of the Advisory Board, ASEAN Human Development Organisation (AHDO), will discuss these challenges facing CHROs in ASEAN in this fundamental paradigm shift. He will also describe a roadmap for leaders to shift their organisations to the new reality of people and work in the fast-growing ASEAN economy.
